Service that we provide for you and agreed in writing or email.
Commission. To the value of the transaction as agreed percentage prior to taking on instruction.
All out of pocket expenses to be paid by client.
We shall consult with client all aspects of potential sale.
The client will indemnify us against any claims due to breach of purchase contract, expenses etc.
The client will bear responsibility for any legal liability in respect of ownership and be liable to perform due diligence inmaking sure they do not breach money laundering regulations.
We will do our best in attempting to get the best result for our client, but we do not accept liability to the final outcome.
All responsibility for transport and safekeeping of artifacts and chattels to be the sole responsibility of the client and we accept no liability.
The client shall be liable to pay the agreed commission on completion of the sale.
